      I had no idea this happened. I do know that the collapse of our mortgage system was a concerted effort to benefit the Banks, hedge funds, brokers and the largest builders. Small builders and ” we the people” suffered. It could have been avoided by leaving the bankruptcy law unchanged or giving homeowners a reduction in principle and interest payments. Sadly, we all suffered. All the best. Joyce
