How low can you go?

When Globalization was started in the 90’s , Government and some economists warned of the disruption to millions of lives. No one listened and today we’ve created a stagnant underutilized society.
Yesterday, the IMF warned all countries with ballooning debt and stagnant economies, to start stimulus programs now or suffer Recession. I’d take the IMF seriously, will our Government , the Banks and Big Business heed their warning?
We could resurrect the Middle Class now, if everyone in a position of Power heeded the IMF’s warning.
