Dear followers, what started out as an everyday, ho-hum,   Alabama campaign for Jeff Sessions’  seat,  turned into an aggressive battle for our Democracy and the Rule of Law.  This was necessary to assure a slim victory for Doug Jones and victory was ours, I’m proud to say!  Everyone worked hard on This campaign.  My friend Leah used her cars to trans port folks to the polls. 

• No less than 110% effort will be necessary to defeat Trump, the Bad policies of his administration and Steve Bannon. 

The cliff hanger election in Alabama was close, while the votes were counted Leah and I exchanged continuous emotional , statistical running texts.  From now on,  Every Issue, every election will require this same type of dedication , if we are to preserve the Rule of Law and our Democracy.  We can use all the help we can get from every American. 

In a few days, I’ll post the Ballot initiative, the State of Michigan prepared, transferring control of State districting maps from the politicians and powerful Algorithms to independent citizen committees.  I intend to use their ballot initiative in NY.  Others, may want to use it as well.  It is time to take back our Democracy and share ballot initiatives with each other. 

As we strive for a better quality of life.  We should also continue to strive to ban Money in Politics.  Then we won’t have to worry about “scrapping” over the Public purse.  until power is returned to “we the People”, our pursuit for life , liberty and happiness will be a battle.
