Going home internationally has restarted the epidemic in country’s that have gotten the virus under control. Teachers can still do remote classes , if they’re at risk? The important question, testing??These are self contained communities. They can be tested easily& The objective is to lessen density. Those who have homes can go home. International and kids who will put others at risk have to stay at school. Be sensible.
