There are 10 times as many unknown carriers as there are symptomatic Positice Covid 19 patients. Strict lockdowns will be required along with heavy testing. We could have saved our Economy and our lives by locking down the entire Country early in January or February. We’ve prolonged the first wave and added time and cost to reopening our Economy.
