An awareness journey.
Take the time out of your schedules, a half hour, to understand yourself. What makes you do, whatever you do? It’s human not to like all of our traits and it’s refreshing to know, like we exercise self control over our movements, we can exercise emotional self control, too.
It takes great courage to see yourself, blemishes and all and to accept yourself for who you are. It takes even greater courage to forgive yourself, after you’ve understood your undesirable actions and to move forward with a sense of inner peace.
Choosing to do right!
Once we’ve looked inside ourselves and made a decision to concentrate on our positive traits, it becomes easier to do what is right for ourselves, our families & our Communities. With self awareness, we could strive to make better choices. Perhaps when we care enough, we can realize our potential and participate fully in our Democracy?
E Pluribus Unum, Out of Many One
MLK, Lincoln, Ghandi, Tolstoy and Mother Theresa achieved inner peace. They each had an awareness journey that allowed them to care for themselves and then care for others. If we all achieved a State of Inner Peace and balance in our lives, together, we could write our own history without feelings of uncertainty. Our goal: Out of many, ONE!
The heart and pulse of “we the People”.
