Use AI to plan and or site Communities. Technology can work for us to plan our Community. We’re hastening loss of life and continued economic misery by not adjusting to a World that has encroached upon nature & has been reluctant to give up Fossil Fuels. The cost of remaining steadfast is too great in terms of loss of life. When will our Country flexibly & willingly adopt new ideas & Technology to adapt and mitigate our problems? Create less pollution & gain a healthy lifestyle.
