TheVoiceOfJoyce It’s not all bad news for small businesses. They may be up 19% at the end of the year as new businesses employing more people move in. Restaurants are constantly going in & out of business. The net effect may be more new Restaurants & those remaining will provide outdoor heaters for cooler months. Good luck! Hope springs eternal.
