It’s a hardship on the employee, who may not have adequate financial protection and a problem for the employer, who can’t find professionals to fulfill their obligations. It’s assumed most of these Long Covid cases, began at the beginning of the Pandemic when Vaccines were unavailable along with therapies. Those most effected are health care workers and teachers .
