TheVoiceOfJoyce A scholarly paper explains Economic Policy choices created a 2 class system of income inequality. The college educated & those without College are equally disadvantaged. Why? The weakening of the NLRB , the right to organize, the right to leave your job & find another higher paying wage? These laws have been supplanted by Corporate rewards for employers seeking cheap International labor. The lack of negotiating power & the deliberate policies that keep workers poor are causing a depression of wages. The For the Families Act will help Americans. Fundamental Change of the NLRB, a Clean Slate for Workers, a $15/hr min wage , all help towards upward mobility. This mobility as been stifled for all of the Lower & Middle Classes.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Colonial pipeline hacking creates a state of emergency for the entire East Coast. There are no contingency plans , no alternate suppliers. This is an opportunity to add skilled IT to all critical infrastructure and decentralized & decoupling significant sources of energy. Monopolies don’t work. Especially, monopolies who never plan for worst case scenarios. In a World with AI intelligence, individuals & Nation states able to disrupt our services , we need to be equally as smart, accountable and transparent to government, employees & citizen oversight.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Corporations saw a 29% raise in CEO salaries as workers wages declined 2%. Social Security hasn’t seen an increase in years. When canvassed CEO’s agreed $15 wage minimum acceptable. Why dither, pass the minimum wage and let’s start thinking about employees welfare. America prosperity was I hampered by high Corporate taxes & high wages after WWll. TheVoiceOfJoyce Companies don’t understand, to be an employee, we need childcare, preK, transportation. The Relief Bill was triage. The Family Bills or The Jobs Act makes going back to work possible. This legislation must be passed now to promote economic security for Everyone. Take away people’s fear of eviction, give the money to the long term unemployed and gig workers, childcare to single mothers and a decent wage and they’ll flock back. Pay with dignity and the Stimulus and Benefits Package are needed now! Don’t delay! There is no Labor shortage! Only poor people without the resources to return to work!

https://youtu.be/F3xOcIHguNE The Democrats have no competition! It pains me to hear Democrats either siding with TrumpsGOP, when doing right for the American People, is passing the For the Families Bill & the Infrastructure Bill with out delay. Joe Manchin shouldn’t pretend he’s Bi partisan, when the GOP’s mission is to obstruct any Democratic Legislation. https://youtu.be/F3xOcIHguNEMore TheVoiceOfJoyce Description for YouTube #80 “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”

TheVoiceOfJoyce Taking Cybersecurity seriously. Two factor ID, similar to Banks. Certification of all Software sold to the Government. A cyber security review board to investigate all breaches of security. This board should extend their reach to all critical infrastructure: election equipment, communications, transportation and infrastructure oversight!

TheVoiceOfJoyce Black Americans & minorities who had to work with the public were more at risk from Covid infections. This population also suffered from the greatest number of unemployed. The countries with a wide gap in income inequality saw the most job losses in the under educated. Now many Restaurant owners , quick to lay off workers, want them to return, the dilemma, they have to pay more and offer incentives. Perhaps paid leave for being vaccinated and paid time off for anyone experiencing side effects. Close the income inequality gap!

TheVoiceOfJoyce Companies legally can and should insist on Vaccination as a pre requisite for returning to work, giving paid time off for the Vaccine & any vaccine related side effects. Companies, like Disney, take cell phones when watching premiers, they fingerprint when entering their parks. Why should keeping everyone healthy pose a dilemma? If we’re all Vaccinated, everyone is free to return to work & theaters and restaurants without fear.
