Where was supervision on the job? Why couldn’t the Union seek protection? It’s up to the Plant to provide safe working conditions for Employees. Perhaps there should be OHSA rules and regulations written & posted in every job location for people to read about work proceedures under Covid 19 conditions. Stagger the lines and your shifts. It’s common sense. Distance employees and train them with proper masks. It’s hard to work under these conditions. It’s natural to hyperventilate. Once fear and mistrust set in, its difficult to overturn. You can , if you care about People & Product & profit

Now that we’re in a 2 Nd Gilded Age, it’s appropriate to restore rights to Labor once again. Paid sick leave for 14 days is responsible & SavesLives. There’s no excuse, especially when Corporations have never before profited so much from Federal Policy. After giving paid sick leave to your employees, consider a minimum wage. Labor should use this time to organize and form retail, fast food, hotel, & restaurant unions. It is time for a Clean Slate for Labor.
