To my 150 Columbus Neighbors

I’m running as a write- in Candidate for Mayor of NYC, because I care about People. 
	1.	As Mayor, I would maintain healthcare and SNAP in our City and develop standards of care. 
	2.	I would mandate 20% affordable housing in new Construction and set new zoning and building standards for affordable housing and buildings.
	3.	Safe Communities are my priority along with Community policing. 
 
	◦	I’m a biochemist by education. My first job was with Ford Motor Company, in Detroit. I was their expert in Paint, in the Automotive Assembly Division. I helped integrate 300 new products, recommended $180,000,000 in new facilities and changed the design of all sheet metal, for cars and trucks, streamlining the Painting Process. 1976-1979. My next Executive position was at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, in the Brooklyn Plant. I managed Diagnostic Products, Warehousing & Sterile Products. This experience was followed by VP at Bankers Trust, in charge of overnight investment of funds, made policy for the Bank and ran accountable, monthly account Statements, through 1986. 
After Bankers, I took over the family business and successfully ran our Corporations: Ace Hardwood Flooring Co, Inc and Merit Carpets, Inc till 2013. I was a small business owner, WBE. As a Commercial Flooring Contractor, I worked with EPA, NYCHA and Parks.
