AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce It took 4 months for NYC to see relatively low infection rates & we’re not at 0 yet. If the rest of our Country doesn’t unite to crush the virus, we won’t be rid of it. Perhaps we should shut down the entire Country at the same time for 3 weeks?
