I believe Congress heard Zelenskiy and we know the Ukrainians are capable of effective counter attacks. Zelensky is asking for more defensive weapons to stop Putin’s Genocide and destruction.
Ad is a clear headed leader, Zelenskiy knows, Ukrainian defenses must continue, as he negotiates a just Peace.
