Can you imagine cutting NOAA jobs? Our satellites are outdated. Perhaps, Musk, wants to get into the weather forecasting business?
Government workers receive $271 Billion in annual salaries, while contractors receive $750 Billion. It makes no sense to outsource so much of Government workers to independent contractors, who are under regulated. Why give private contractors the lions share of Government workers? Outsourcing degrades Democracy, since Corporations have allegiance to profits, not people!
