- All oligarchs who supported Putin were given State owned Agencies to run as private businesses.
- Once Putin consolidated his power, the original Oligarchs were dismissed. They assumed they had power over Putin and they were wrong. Many were simply brutally eliminated or fled Russia.
- Then, next new group of Oligarchs were made. Many had their own Military protection. Like Prigozhin of the Wagner group. They survived, till they didn’t.
- Putin is still in Power.
