Dominion Energy seeks its largest slate of solar and battery storage projects yetDominion Energy is seeking approval for 11 new solar and battery storage projects as part of its effort to meet the Virginia Clean Economy Act’s goal of producing only renewable power by 2045. 

The $2.9 billion proposal includes six utility-scale solar farms, three smaller “distributed” solar sites and two battery storage facilities. All are planned to be online by the end of the decade.READ MORE

Founded in 2019, the gathering has become an autumn tradition that draws participants from across Virginia, North Carolina and even the Midwest.

After witnessing the conflict’s heavy toll and later watching the Taliban’s return to power in 2021, Berkoff said many veterans are left questioning the meaning of their service.

He lost seven fellow soldiers in combat and four more to suicide. His reflections are captured in his new book, which debuts on Veterans Day.READ MORE
