TheVoiceOfJoyce Phoenix has always been hot, not as hot as last year when 456 people died from the heat. Heat deaths are up 36% from last year and people being evicted and forced to live on the streets is partially causal. The number of people forced out of homes by rising rents, has risen to 1000’s. Honolulu has a similar problem and they’re looking at all the factors contributing to heat deaths with a target of Zero deaths. They’re looking at all the factors leading to heat death: lack of affordable housing, homelessness, substance abuse, inflation,inadequate shade. After assessing the data, Honolulu will provide solutions to reach Zero heat deaths. Community heat deserts can be alleviated with Community involved plantings during cooler months. Cities can negotiate a moratorium on evictions during these economically difficult times. The poor vulnerable heat extremes disproportionately more than those living in more gentrified areas. The poor people deserve a life, too!

The Indigenous people have seen and lived with droughts before. They know what creates harmony with the land and people and culture wars create a society of violence. Scientists have been warning our Congressional leaders since the late 70’s , that we are altering our climate, limiting our water resources and creating pollution too dire to exist. From California to the Colorado our way of life must change. If we choose to cooperate, conserve Water and act responsibly to decrease our dependence on Fossil Fuels, we will live to rebuild. The choice is ours. Voting starts in North Carolina in a week, don’t choose regressive culture war instigators for election, choose new faces and power our World. In Utah’s campaign to be a destination state, they’re using too much water without conservation. It’s not to late to prevent severe water loss or death from Flash flooding. Educate your tourists before they enter the Park. Remove lawns and those wheel sprinklers and use arid planting and drip irrigation. The key to survival in the 21 st Century is recognizing water is a limiting factor in growth, tourism and population density. The larger towns will purchase water, maybe. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Day 195, the Ukrainian counteroffensive appears to be working. The Russian installed puppet has delayed a referendum annexing Kherson. It’s too dangerous to attempt at this time. Ukrainians are hitting Kharkiv, as well. Hopefully, the Ukrainian counteroffensive will be victorious and complete, before Russia resupplies with North Jorean weapons. The Nuclear Power Plant is offline and secure. Two IAEA inspectors will remain on site to assure its safety and functioning. The EU suffers expected inflationary fuel pricing, as Russia cuts off supplies. Countries in the EU, UK scrambling for heating supplies. The War in Ukraine has intensified our Climate extremes. It’s not acceptable to say , they’ll experience worse. In NYC , NYCHA housing in the East Village have arsenic in their water. I wonder, how long has the arsenic been there and are the surrounding areas effected? How are we removing the arsenic & when? Our infrastructure is crumbling and like industry years ago, there was no preventative maintenance. That’s unacceptable today, too many lives rely on clean water and clean air. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce How is it possible, the Tampa Bay Area has more inflation than the rest of the Nation? Food prices up 8.3%, rents doubling? The Middle Class going homeless, lacking childcare, sick days and amidst this tragedy,Le Segundo, a family owned and operated business, provides a lifeline to its 140 employees. The cost of wheat , added $40,000 a month to his overhead, yet Mr More, the owner, managed to maintain his business, National customers and his employees. They have a pension plan, vacation days, sick days and a good salary. His hard work is paying off and he sees prices coming down for wheat. The food pantries, staffed by the Hernandez, husband and wife team, in another part of Tampa, aren’t as lucky. They’ve just been told, their rent will increase from $1500 – $3000 in a few months? What is Florida’s government doing to help their Cuban population, their Middle Class & poorer residents of the Tampa area? Why is Tampa experiencing a greater rate of inflation then the National average? What’s driving Tampa’s excessive inflation? Is it Greed?

TheVoiceOfJoyce The analysis: Fight Corporate greed and not working class people. Personal borrowing to purchase goods has increased. The consumer can’t fight monopolies. The Federal Government can put pressure on monopolies by promising a windfall tax on excess profits. Big oil and gas, have made record profits, they’re not investing, they’re giving shareholder buybacks. Why encourage their behavior, lower pricing at the pump by removing Subsidies and instituting a Windfall tax, for Corporations making huge profits, while passing on high costs to consumers ! TheVoiceOfJoyce: when do we act to put The War Production Act into place to allocate clean energy funds to cities in dire need of green spaces? When the water runs out, what are your options? Who can you blame for Climate Denial and not discussing rising CO2 Emissions in text books? Fox New & the Fossil Fuel Lobby. We can start capping and taxing Methane & Carbon Leaks. We can start banning the mining of Bitcoin which uses more power than Houston, Texas. We can all enter into a Class Action Lawsuit against Fox New & the Fossil Fuel industry for deliberately burying the Scientific facts that can save our lives now. The FOSSIL FUEL INDUSTRY, knew they creating excess CO2, they knew the consequences of oil, coal & gas production and used it anyway, since it was cheaper 50 yrs ago to stay with their technology, rather than invest in the clean technology that was expensive then, but not now. It’s a proven fact, renewable energy costs less and provides twice as many jobs as the Fossil Fuel industry. The War Production Act can decommission Coal Plants now and set up Solar and Wind Power now, more jobs, better pay. Good for all Americans.
