TheVoiceOfJoyce I know from personal experience, North Carolina, needs better representation for minorities. My friend, an African American woman, was just told she was no longer registered. It took weeks to get a case # and supply the documents needed for reinstatement on the voting rolls. North Carolina is notorious for making voting difficult. They need a change in Legislators responsive to the needs of all constituents. Consider voting for Chuck Hubbard.
