TheVoiceOfJoyce Three stories of the plight and anguish of young men in their 20’s trying to leave Russia. They all have one overriding fear, they’ll be sent to the front lines as “ cannon fodder “ to satisfy a “ lunatic” who represents the State. Russian men , between 20-45 yrs of age are fleeing Russia, if they can. Unfortunately, the burden for filling Putin’s military aims will fall on the poor!

TheVoiceOfJoyce The Ukrainian Russian War gets more complicated daily. On day 216, Putin is calling no up troops and they’re not going to be conscripted readily. Many young Russians have been jailed (2600), for avoiding War. The lines of Russians escaping to Georgia, Estonia & Zaporizhzhia are increasing. Once the Russians get to the towns holding referendums, will they fight for Ukraine? On Friday, Putin addresses Parliament, sealing the fate of his newly formed colonies & 15% of Ukrainian territory. Ukrainians are not giving up on their Counteroffensive and there’s intense fighting in 3 regions. The UN declares Russia has committed War Crimes and the Japanese ambassador was held in Russia for hours of interrogation before being released and making matters worse for Europe, the Nordstrom pipeline has sprung leaks between Sweden and Denmark, complicating their deteriorating energy supply. War’s end depends upon Zelensky and not Putin. Support for a free sovereign Ukraine continues to grow.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The War in Ukraine is going well for Zelensky. It’s not going well for Putin. The sham balloting in the 4 provinces, are conducted at gun point, without ID and in the streets and hallways. At gun point people will sign anything. In Russian the provinces, conscription is not going well either. The Russian people are protesting, they’re shooting drafting commanders at draft centers and heading for Russian borders. Who’s left to fight? Raw recruits? Ukrainians now certified Russian citizens? If Putin won’t call a ceasefire, will the Global Community intervene? Can the Ukrainian’s counteroffensive drive the Russians out? Let’s make sure the odds favor the Ukraine!

America, we have short term problems brought on by Corporate Greed. Corporations here are monopolies without competition. They charge whatever they can, while keeping labor wages low. It’s a win win for a few. In the 80’s Volcker raised interest rate to curb inflation and it wasn’t until America was plunged into Recession, that the government raised taxes to get us out of the Recession. Both the US and UK should take a policy lesson from the 1980’s, start taxing Corporations now. Go to 28% and close loopholes.
