Our states keep exact data on us, including party affiliation, drivers lic, SS #’s and there is no reason to share with the Federal Government. One thing States share with the Federal Government is tax revenue. For some reason No Dakota receives $100,000/person? Strange, when most states on the receiving end get about $9000/ person .
