We won’t know when it’s safe till we have Testing for everyone. Pandemics don’t respond to small government, we need Federal research and development of tests, a Mational stockpiling of PPE, masks , ventilators that work & respirators. Why shut our Economy because we’re not equipped to test for this virus. Why lose more lives for lack of information & equipment? Limited access to resources is unacceptable. Can we afford to shut down our entire economy every time we face a Pandemic.

With few benefits, it unreasonableto assume tenants can start repayinglandlords till they’re given clearance to work. Extend the length of time for repayment to 1 yr and start rental payments when people return to work. This is one emergency where we the People have no control.
