AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce We’ve defined the Freedom of Speech problem on SocialMedia and cable news. It’s time to rein in the lies, the hate speech and the bullying & violence. Real harm has been done. The EU is Regulating Social Media Platforms and the penalties for offending Platforms are steep. Companies can be fined according to their total revenue generated, Billions. And if non compliance continues they can be banned from usage in the offended Country. The EU is serious about lies, hate speech and violence. When will America regulate Social Media Platforms and Cable. Stop the culture wars and violence and let Truth rein in the Public Square.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Think big. A 100 million tests a week , isolating the +’s from those exposed and recovered. Then we can go back to work. We can’t without testing. The key to resuming work is testing, social distancing, protective gear for everyone. The never exposed need a vaccine. The earliest I’ve heard is September. Meanwhile, more support financial and medical is required. Essential workers should be the first to be tested.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Don’t let Community News die. “We the People” should feel connected and have a printed free press representing our lives. It’s good for Democracy.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Trumps bully pulpit extends to Facebook and duplicated 2016 tactics. An enemies list and the press are prominent. Why not stop this form of information and regulate all Social Media. They are the press for many, they should carry the truth and no hatred to spur divisions

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Facebook & Twitter do not verify the veracity of Candidates ads. They should be responsible for truthful comments or face litigation for promoting false information. If they’re a newspaper, they should be civilly accountable for content on their sites.

#AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce #Fact Checkers for Facebook are low paid inexperienced employees, poorly trained & not educated to be ethicists. They are not allowed to remove political misinformation. Why doesn’t Facebook hire trained ethicists & Abe classified as Press?
