Their articles uncover more corruption in the Trump Administration , they’re helping scientists report on the similarities of the measles genome, that’s why it was eliminated 25 years ago, by Vaccine. Trump’s get out of jail free card, is handed out to anyone giving billions to him or his family. Meanwhile, inflation is soaring. Worse, we don’t know the cost of 100 days of the Iranian War?

TheVoiceOfJoyce Tennessee is a Republican controlled state and they willingly support the use of Fossil Fuels. In fact, they support felony charges against pipeline protesters. Yet, they voted to support the Duck River and provide a two mile buffer zone around it , to maintain its pristine waters for conservation. Guess the folks in Tennessee don’t realize, the effects of fossil fuel pollution aren’t contained and the increased pollution while effecting them, may spill over into their cherished river way. The NashVillager has given us a snapshot of Nashville life and its many complexities. While creating laws to be in compliance with Trump’s immigration Laws, they’re celebrating the South Nashville community with a festival. This community is Kurdish and everyone participates. They’re all just trying to live and get along. It seems in spite of their Laws and compliance with Trump.

Yesterday was the wrap up of the State Congressional Session. A mixed bag of Laws passed. They’re fighting CVS, trying to limit state vouchers ( cause kids get an inferior education), conserve the Duck River and promote hiking.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Not so fast, we can’t move away from Trump without Impeachment or the mid term elections. Trump can get out of this War with negotiations to end nuclear weapons and opening the Straits of Hormuz. Do we want a contained Iran? Yes. Who will negotiate the deal? Or will we find ourselves in an escalation trap? The Straits must open to lower the costs of fuel and give passage to the other petroleum products in our food chain. Meanwhile, the oil companies are making windfall profits and the American consumer will pay a hefty price for driving non electric cars and food. We could take away Fossil Fuel subsidies and recoup almost $1 Trillion. Enough to lessen our Healthcare premiums, etc. it’s a thought. Why subsidize Fossil Fuels when they’re making windfall profits at our expense?

Like me, my friend supports Democracy, a Two State Solution and a pluralistic society. He’s feeling alone and sad on this Holiday. Read on and support people in Israel, like Avi. He’s been protesting against the Netanyahu Government for 3 years. Israelis aren’t monolithic, nor are Americans. We need to persuade others in our respective Communities, that Democracy, equality and freedom are the best options!
