While casting around for an Independent Center, at least 6 States are codifying Laws to protect women and the physician who treat them. Giving care is a National responsibility. Providing the pill, that most of the World uses, is easy. Then you need only see a care provider after the miscarriage. Unfortunately, 58% of women live in States, with abortion rights being severely curtailed. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Taxing the .01% is the right idea. Use an asset tax of 5%. Convert Hedge Fund 20% fees to ordinary income or their fees are deferred? Then Americans will have more income for a Social Safety Net. Close tax loopholes. Add a 6% tax on Derivative trades ( every $100 bundled) Government would collect almost $1 Trillion a year and take risk out of the Market. Increase the Corporate tax rate to 28% and add more money to fund new innovations and decrease Corporate influence. Don’t stop at taxing the ultra wealthy, start reduction of Oil and Big Farm Subsidies & create good Renewable jobs. Take all Corporate influence out of Government and let’s fund new business for the 21 st Century.

Wisconsin is a competitive political state, that has successfully changed its political districts for One Party “rule”. TRUMPSGOP! Wisconsin, has also made its state more difficult to vote. Voter suppression prevails. Unless the Independent and the Democrats can find a way to break Republican Party Laws. No other candidate can be chosen.
