TheVoiceOfJoyce ICE & DHS are out of control. They’re using billions of taxpayers money to fund contractors building inadequate facilities, housing immigrants complying with procedures. They’re not providing healthcare, education or decent food to people , who now have little chance to have their case heard. Why are we inhumane? Why are we pepper spraying the NJ Governor and Andy Kim? What are the facilities hiding? Is fending off oversight legal? Do we have a need for these detention centers when Immigrants were complying with the Law?

There should be a progressive tax on all income from $500 up . States might consider making the wealthy pay FICA based on total compensation, thereby contributing to society’s safety net, like the rest of us.

The decline in MEDICARE subsidies haven’t kicked in 100%, that happens after the Midterms. Our healthcare will continue to erode along with SNAP benefits and school lunches. Coupled with inflation, unless we’re Trump , our cost of living will continue to increase. Do not vote for a Trump Candidate, if you want your lifestyle to improve!
