Though the rules don’t apply till 1/27, many states strapped for Medicaid funding are implementing the work rules now. See your States position on Medicaid, immigrants getting off Medicaid, how do needs for SNAP, mental health or rural health impact your State’s disbursement of MEDICAID. It should be noted, after the Southern Democrats helped Johnson achieve the goals of the Great Society and created 84 Laws solidifying a just society giving us Voting Rights, SS, Medicare & education, science and arts, they became Republicans. The Southern Democrats voted with him to achieve this Great Society and in their hearts they hated the equality they helped create. Many remained in the minority for years. The People liked their new rights and kept Democrats in power for years.
