AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce When industry controls Domestic Policy, Birds die-in the millions. Industry merely has to state there was no intent to harm birds. With a $15,000 fine every birds life was precious. With deregulation, all birds are expendable? That’s what happened to the DEA enforcement, industry only had to state, there was no harm intended and no one was prosecuted. Humans are not self regulating, that’s why we need rules and Law. Being permissive, having no boundaries, harms everyone!
