TheVoiceOfJoyce Crime is down in NYC with a slight spike in Homicides when Police we’re shifted away from Community policing. The spikes came, not because of no bail policies. They came as people suffered economically & emotionally from the virus. The same has happened in GOP cities. This is a stressful period, but levels are not reaching back to times in the 1980’s. NYC is doing fine!
