AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Only in America can you lose your job & unemployment benefits, if you want to discuss safety measures for reopening. It’s egregious. Especially since some states don’t require social distancing & masks & gloves? After the Memorial Day celebrations we’re not sure who’s infected. Unfortunately, it will take another two weeks to determine, viral infections after the George Floyd Protests for justice. Merely seeking reopening guidance is a reasonable policy request. Why should employees suffer?The Law is wrong and must be challenged.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce America is the only Country to have this level on unemployment & this level of deaths relative to other Western Nations. This is gross failure on the Federal Level to prepare for the consequences of this Pandemic. Americans now require significant Helicopter Money to help them through this period. $10,000 costs $1.5 Trillion & is less than a 1/3 rd of the payout to Corporations. Give 164 million Americans 18 & older, sick or not, working or not, earning $75,000 or less direct $’s. Unemployment IT is non existent, stimulate the economy while businesses develop plans to reopen & the Federal Government starts the work required to prevent a 2 Nd wave & more deaths.

They should be responsible for the health & well being of their employees. Liability will regulate how Labor is treated. It’s enough catering to one class over another. Small businesses always had compensation & Liability Insurance, why shouldn’t Big Businesses? Equality Neutral. The safety of workers, first.

Many rely on the Post Office for money orders as well as mail. Trumps ire would be better spent,by adding Banking Srvices to the Post Office and continuing to expand its services to all our Communities. FYI: I still pay many bills using the Post Office. Do you?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Treasury Secretary asks Publicly Traded Corporations to return money taken, that was intended for small businesses under the Payroll Protection Program. 26 million out of work . We should be all thinking about ways to help them survive & thrive. Glad Minuchin did not let these egregious acts go unnoticed. Harvard should return their money too! Community Colleges & other educational facilities need those funds more! $1Billion, of Harvard’s $38 Billion endowment, could pay $50,000 tuition for 22,000 students.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Barred from voting by a modern “poll tax”. Stripping people of their right to vote occurs legally in 30 States? If you’re incarcerated & have a debt to society you can’t vote. These laws are unjust & outdated. Where is Justice in these States. Why aren’t there class action suits to challenge their right to vote & eliminate their monetary obligation?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce People with Diseases of Despair don’t deserve jail time. They’re unnecessarily filling our jails. There should be counseling not jail and high bail allowing warehousing of People hitting rock bottom or minor crimes. There ought to be guidelines to prevent abuses by the judicial and penal system. Counseling not jail!
