An early warning system should be established along with Global manufacturing platforms to supply PPE’s, testing & Vaccines. Funded by the G7 & G20. Politics toon of the virus led to more deaths. At this time , @ almost 800 new cases daily we’re not vaccinating fast enough. We can do better.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Corporations saw a 29% raise in CEO salaries as workers wages declined 2%. Social Security hasn’t seen an increase in years. When canvassed CEO’s agreed $15 wage minimum acceptable. Why dither, pass the minimum wage and let’s start thinking about employees welfare. America prosperity was I hampered by high Corporate taxes & high wages after WWll. Let’s get back to Capitalism with a 💜

TheVoiceOfJoyce Companies don’t understand, to be an employee, we need childcare, preK, transportation. The Relief Bill was triage. The Family Bills or The Jobs Act makes going back to work possible. This legislation must be passed now to promote economic security for Everyone. Take away people’s fear of eviction, give the money to the long term unemployed and gig workers, childcare to single mothers and a decent wage and they’ll flock back. Pay with dignity and the Stimulus and Benefits Package are needed now! Don’t delay! There is no Labor shortage! Only poor people without the resources to return to work!

TheVoiceOfJoyce Black Americans & minorities who had to work with the public were more at risk from Covid infections. This population also suffered from the greatest number of unemployed. The countries with a wide gap in income inequality saw the most job losses in the under educated. Now many Restaurant owners , quick to lay off workers, want them to return, the dilemma, they have to pay more and offer incentives. Perhaps paid leave for being vaccinated and paid time off for anyone experiencing side effects. Close the income inequality gap!

TheVoiceOfJoyce A call to scientists, is there a replacement for the Lithium Battery? Mining Lithium will destroy water resources for the Native Tribes, ranchers & environmentalists. There’s got to be alternates? Mining is turn of the 20 th C industry. If we can create bone in vitro, why not rare earths & other minerals? Corporations always promise responsible digging, they’re already lying as they remove water to facilitate their digging equipment. Industry isn’t green if it requires depletion of our natural resources. Infrastructure ?

TheVoiceOfJoyce Planting acres of Land to feed those without a supermarket within 20 miles of their homes. Volunteers plant sustainable gardens on Land allocated for specific Communities. There’s a food Forest in Atlanta near the airport. It’s funded by grants and worked by Volunteers. The Communities all benefit, it’s a place where people come together & find peace and a sense of purpose. It doesn’t carry the panache of naming a building. Food Justice nourishes the soul and the body!

TheVoiceOfJoyce Companies legally can and should insist on Vaccination as a pre requisite for returning to work, giving paid time off for the Vaccine & any vaccine related side effects. Companies, like Disney, take cell phones when watching premiers, they fingerprint when entering their parks. Why should keeping everyone healthy pose a dilemma? If we’re all Vaccinated, everyone is free to return to work & theaters and restaurants without fear.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Gun violence on the rise 13-15% , police oppose new Legislation from Republican States that would allow Permitless rights to carry a weapon. No Laws for background checks. No Laws to keep weapons out of the hands of Criminals, the abusive or mentally unstable. A new way to avoid background checks and destroy the Public’s safety. The moderates of the Republican Party have been pushed out and ignored. The majority of Americans don’t stand with this group. I urge those in Congress who cherish Ddmocracy, to stand with the Majority of citizens and demand Fundamental Change to Gun Violence & Voter Suppression, it is your Constitutional responsibility to protect us and our Democracy.
