Contractors, long time unemployed, & others are not getting enough money to survive. Relieve their anxiety & give them a basic Living Wage. $10,000 to 164 million only costs &1.6 Billion and May last for a quarter, Or 6 months & stimulate the economy too! I think this is a good idea, whose time has come. Why make life complicated. If we’ve got 600 new Billionaires, why can’t we offer a small lifeline to those in need?
