TheVoiceOfJoyce Trump’s approval ratings are hovering between 25-35%. Congressional representatives are no longer voting along Party lines. Demonizing Democrats and illegally requesting voting data isn’t working. Trump’s lies are disturbing the Iranians and we’re learning, the Iranian treaty should not have been vacated in 2018 and it was a mistake not to renegotiate the treaty. Now we need diplomats and experts to successfully negotiate a new treaty over time. The Straits of Hormuz must open. The good news, in spite of Trump policies, alternate energy is being developed.

TheVoiceOfJoyce The news on Iran is erratic and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards are controlling the narrative! The Straits of Hormuz are closed. Many in Africa and the Global South will be food insecure. Our entire food processing industry depends on petroleum. When I stated , a new relationship with energy will bring about a revolution in products, technology and pollution control, that’s correct. Meanwhile, we’re dealing with a President who makes money off of Fossil Fuels and has a short attention span for War. Who will negotiate for Trump before the Iranian war escalates or we’re worse off than before?

Trump’s War in Iran is at a stalemate. The Israelis are boxed into a ceasefire. Trump has lost popularity on Europe’s far right . Americans are seeing the truth and demanding better healthcare and taxing the wealthy.

TheVoiceOfJoyce Listening to the news, you’d think peace was imminent. Not according to the Iranians, there’s more to be done. Listening to Trump, you get his euphoria and have to wonder, are the Straits open or still blockaded? Bombing stopped? The wish list is an open Strait of Hormuz and peace talks. Negotiations and consultations are not agreed upon yet. We’re still in a wait and see mode.

What Trump wants and what the Iranians have agreed to are still not clear. Are the Straits open for business? Is America still blockading the Straits of Hormuz? Negotiations anticipated. Ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon exists with cessation of bombing.
