There ought to be a Law & Standards of Health Care: If you’re isolated & quarantined by the Federal Government, don’t assume they’re picking up the total tab. One parent & child found bills totaling $3800 waiting for them when released by the Federal government. Working people can’t afford surprise expenses. This happens routinely to all of us. It doesn’t have to. Surely, this is a non partisan issue that should be codified? We can’t afford 4 more years of no work on the People’s behalf

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Affordable housing is a human right . Lack of affordable housing is a Global calamity. Hedge Funds & Developers have purchased units cheaply from government, increased prices and either use the money to park cash or wait with empty properties for profits to roll in. The profits are there and people’s revenue kicked out of the rental market. It’s time for Government and business to end their partnership and provide affordable housing to the workforce. With proper developer-taxation, Capital gains tax, units will be affordable.

American Corporationshave never made 40% profit before, nor were they monopolies across many sectors. To overcome the software biases , employees need Unions and a say in the Corporate businesses. We the People also need easier regulations to create new businesses. Than our future can be bright.

The largest concentration of pollutants comes from the Northern Plains & Upper Midwest . Prevailing winds carry the pollution East. Just like in the dust bowl, the Black clouds swept across America. It’s another problem to concern us, if we want a healthier happier life! States with the largest polluters have the least # of deaths, since winds travels East.

Rent should not exceed more than one weeks pay! That was the old rule for affordability. Have a heart and readjust for an inflated market. You can’t replace good educators !

Before it was homeowners, now the same Corporations that owned the mortgages are now renting these properties. Big fees to be made as people become homeless, lose jobs & develop Diseases of Despair. When will we learn to stop the cycle of poverty ? We Need better pay & Regulation of Evictions
