AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Algorithm discriminated against individuals seeking to purchase a home using Facebook driven ads. It’s time to rein in AI, in most industries their built in biases make it impossible to hire people. They should be regulated and/ or removed when peoples livelihoods and lives depend on an honest assessment of them and their credentials and abilities. Algorithms are mathematical tools, they analyze data at best. They should be eliminated from HR decisions and other areas of our society. They’re a data aid to people and can’t make decisions.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Apple employees in Towson Maryland vote for Unionization. They will be under the Aerospace, et al umbrella. Their agreement will be approved by the NLRB. Before the Laws to Unionize were changed , no group wishing to be Unionized could be intimidated by management. Nor would every separate entity within a Corporation have to establish their right to Unionize, every store would fall under the same Union umbrella.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Maui during the Pandemic suffered a loss in tourism & food insufficiency. One a fertile land with Biodiversity, Big Agra ( Bayer & Monsanto) have destroyed the land with pesticides. The indigenous people are reclaiming their land several acres at a time. The colonists destroyed the land with monocultures, while Maui grew ,before Colonialism, a rich diversity of fruits and vegetables, under a giant canopy of products. Their land was rich and their rain forests thriving. Hawaii can be food sufficient again and Hawaiians healthier with their Native Diet.

ReAwaken, Roger Stone & Lt Gen Michael Flynn are now being called out many Christian Clergy for Lying about the 2020 election and lying about Covid-19. Their misinformation has led to hatred , culture Wars and violence and death. The Sojourner’s and the Southern Baptists call for unity against this group of hate mongers and their lies. The majority of the Clergy believe in separation of Church and State. They’re urging their parishes not to follow the ReAwaken Group. Hallelujah!

While Democrats support immigration, it’s not a priority. The facts: African Americans are 12.7% & Hispanics are 19.5% including, Puerto Rican’s. Since we’re all immigrants, does it matter? American workers salaries keep dropping at $22-24,000 per yr , while Corporate CEO salaries have increased to a minimum of $670-1 and $1000-1 . Corporate buy backs directly flow into thevCEO’s pay package. No wonder American Labor is the working poor. Where’s an EO to level the field and stop the monopolies from gaming their workers. When will workers say enough? When will the NLRB change their rules back from 2004 to empower Labor once again. Americans are suffering on every economic front:No food, limited healthcare, poor education and they know it!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Unemployment may be low statistically, I question the #’s, and employees are still underpaid and unable to cope with inflation. The War in Ukraine didn’t cause our problems, Corporate greed is directly to blame. Change the NLRB Labor Laws to promote labor and employees won’t have to rely on Corporate largesse. Many industries need Union clout to increase wages and benefits. The Food pantries are overwhelmed. When is labor paid a living wage? When will they be compensated for their loyalty? When are they treated with respect and dignity? Capitalism before the 1980’s was not as cruel! There has been a systematic overturning of Labor’s Rights.

Current employees are feeling stressed and need Union help to create workplace conditions that are beneficial. If the NLRB Laws created by Elaine Chow, we’re overturned, Unions could form without Corporate interference and help employees get better wages and working conditions with benefits.
