AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce People working in nursing homes are entitled to a living wage, fully paid for with benefits. California SEIU UNION demanding a Quality of Care board to oversee Nursing Homes. Quality of Care Boards should be established in every state. Nursing homo are notoriously understaffed and they don’t pay workers for hours worked. This is hazard pay for those who show up. The employees suffer and patients suffer as owners take in huge profits. Enough is enough! We have needed standards of Care for 30 +yrs.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Corporations are passing on 25% increases to consumers who no longer have a Social Safety Net. The For the Families Act is a necessity for most, along with rent relief and student Loan Debt. We bail out Corporations permanently and leave nothing for the poor and Middle Class. What happened to our shared burdens? Government intervention and anti trust enforcement policies have to stop Corporate price gouging fueling inflation. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce McKinsey should lose their license to do business. This is the second or third time they’ve been caught “double dealing”. How can they be objective, when advising the FDA and opioid Corporations at the same time. Where are common practices of engagement? As McKinsey became familiar with FDA rules they advised Purdue Pharma on turbo charging sales of their Opioid. McKinsey should be indicted , heavily fined, partners jailed for collusion and barred from working with the Government . Set an example for all Corporations double dipping and hire qualified government employees.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Why inflation now? Because on average, US corporations made 49% profit, rewarded shareholders and bought back stock . Consumers are paying higher prices for food and gas , as their wages increased only 1.6%. This, like climate change, is a man made tragedy based on Corporate Greed. Corporations don’t have to pass on higher prices, they have chosen to do so, because they control the marketplace. Where is anti trust enforcement? Where is the will to increase and roll back Corporate tax cuts. The Industrial, government, military complex is forcing more Americans into poverty. Why? #GREED. #Crony Capitalism is not sustainable in the long run. Neither is inflation.

America Speaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Why are oil prices Higher, because 28 oil and gas Corporations gave their CEO’s record salaries accruing from record profits! They’ve increased the prices at our homes & in the tank, because they can. There is no enforcement of anti trust Laws. They can be enforced! Corporate accountability doesn’t exist, it’s like self regulation. It doesn’t happen without taking away subsidies and forcing oil & gas back to Renewable development or there’s another way. A class action suit against these oil & gas companies for knowingly committing crimes against humanity! Thanks to oil & gas companies, we have climate deniers and Climate Change. It’s time for positive informed action against Runaway Inflation and the oil & gas industry as a start!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Are these members of the house living in Reality. Give small business tax credits to set up expensive 401k’s for employee & employer savings accounts for retirement. Where will the extra money to save be found? Are they increasing the Minimum Wage to $15/hr Nationally? Are they changing the NLRB making Unionization easier for Labor? Are they enforcing anti trust, encouraging entrepreneurs to become more competitive , giving entrepreneurs a greater piece of the Corporate pie? Give more money to the Lower and Middle Classy and they’ll happily save! I know, at Ford, Pfizer, Banker Trust , I set 6% of my salary aside for saving and it was matched by the Corporation. As a small but owner, I was told not to take on the Responsibility of a pension fund & paid my Labor high salaries, gave them healthcare and paid leave instead. One day I hoped to share my business with them, but the Recession of 2008 blocked those plans. Many employees of entrepreneurs have not recovered financially. For The Families Act is still required and supported by 70% of the People.

They’ve encouraged profits over people, rewarded Big Corporations with the Trump Tax Cuts, encouraging minimal taxation of the Wealthy and now they’re surprised by Corporate Greed. Industry is out of control. The Corporate Manyra is greed. Rein in all Corporations by taxation & individual taxation, enforce anti trust Laws in every institution and we’ll get a return to ethics in the marketplace. There is no honor among thieves . It’s not just the shippers at fault, Corporate Greed has run amok and we’re all paying for ,it with Inflated pricing.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Ron DeSantis has turned the entire State of Florida into a political background. First he gave out Monoclonal antibodies rather than letting citizens get the Vaccine. Encouraging Covid infections without caring about the consequences. Then he banned masks, that help reduce the incidence of Covid infections. Recently, he targeted the LGBTQ&A community and now he’s banning Math Books? DeSantis has a reign of Infection, death , discrimination against groups of people and is repressing education. America’s past involved slavery and the slaughter of the Indigenous Indians. No one should be repressed by a repressive government. Kids need math. Kids need history not myths. And kids need to feel they belong in a multicultural society. America is a melting pot. Allow people to think analytically , give them the educational opportunity to achieve. That concept appears alien to DeSantis, who acts as an Autocratic leader , rather than a supporter of Democracy.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Big Farms plant for profit eliminating bio diversity. As our planet warms with short term policy, neglecting reality many will starve. We can mitigate food insufficiencies by planting without pesticide, with solar and using Israeli innovation. Israel can produce rice and wheat with higher salinity water in the desert. They have a device that takes water out of the atmosphere and saves it for people and plants. The age of oil dependency has to end to innovate for our future. We can no longer be influenced by big oil and big Farms. Nor can we allow Greg Abbot the Governor of Texas destroy our fruits and vegetables, because he has the power to hold up our Supply Chains. We the People can no longer afford to vote passively, our lives depend on us becoming concerned involved citizens.
