AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The Hispanic/Latina markets hit hard by this enforced Lockdown. They make up 14.7% of the workforce and 50% of housekeepers, & maids! Now they have no work. 20 million Americans have no work & can’t get work & Congress is debating how to pay only those who work? How are people going to live without a Basic Living Wage at this time? We’ve taken away their Healthcare & education & next is food? Stop the debate and Give income to the Lower & Middle Classes. Americans need a monetary safety net!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Looking At inequality in America through charts that clearly show most Americans get less of the Economic pie , less income , less benefits than comparable Nations. Our lifespan is less, our happiness quotient is lower and our healthcare costs more! The American worker has been treated poorly since Unions were in power in the 50’s. Union benefits made a huge increase in our Standard of living !

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The city needs bike riders to cut down on congestion & keep the Economy growing. Corporations will continue in business along with everyone else on these routes. Commerce is maintained and those folks , not the bikers, should pay a 5-8% infrastructure project fee. Infrastructure, a public private partnership creates and maintains jobs!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The history of the loss of employee rights &how to get them back after 50 yes. Rewrite the Government laws that made it possible for inequality to flourish. We can have a Clean Slate for Labor with a Labor friendly government, granting us higher wages & benefits and a decent wage & say in our workplace. It’s time, unless as poor as we’ve become , we enjoy giving $12,000 to the wealthy to continue their lifestyle, while we remain impoverished! Our choice.
