Abbott Labs has it, Rutgers University has been waiting 2 mos for FDA approval? Why? If scaled up Kids of all ages could be tested and the sick stay home and the healthy go to school. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Dr Michael Mina & a Harvard colleague published this OpEd in The NY Times on 7/3/20. Why hasn’t anyone talked about production of simple paper tests made for home use. You’ll have test results in 10-15 minutes and all businesses & schools could resume? Why is the FDA delaying approval of Rutgers University saliva at home test? Kids could return to school. All the retrofitting wouldn’t be necessary. We could resume life. The Sick stay home and the rest of us go out with a proven dated negative test. It would control outbreaks. Why isn’t Congress authorizing production of these tests now?
