Commerce is maintained and those folks , not the bikers, should pay a 5-8% infrastructure project fee. Infrastructure, a public private partnership creates and maintains jobs!

Schools have been closed in the province, the plant is closed and extensive tracing of contacts is ongoing as Germany seeks to avoid more regional shutdowns.
