TheVoiceOfJoyce Yesterday the Supreme Court declared Trump’s abuse of the Emergency Powers Law to create Tariffs unconstitutional. The tariffs were struck down. Tariffs cost businesses extra, were a tax on Consumers costing $1000-1700/yr and created a shrinkage in our economy, manufacturing base and labor employed. However, Trump and his regime intend to reinstate tariffs through procedural measures, unless Congress stops Trump?!
