First there were decreases in the Snap program and now States can decrease Medicaid rolls. Don’t despair, vote overwhelmingly to remove GOP out of office. Show them your vote counts.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Americans are indeed looking for help & hope. It’s not our fault administrations for 30-40 yrs have let us down. We’re dying in despair, says Angus Deaton, an economists, meaning suicide, drugs & alcohol are shortening our lives. Ray Dalio, agrees, Capitalism is broken . We can reverse our State of Despair with good policies. The minimum wage , if adjusted for inflation would be $22/hr not $7.25! Pay with dignity would help too!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce At least 10% of all workers have more than one job to earn a living. 28% of the work force may hold multiple jobs. Having 1 job is preferable, if an individual is well paid. However, in our current State of Inequality, having one job is not sufficient earnings. A new metric will help define our Labor force. However, Income Inequality is not sustainable for Americans. The USA is the most unequal of similar Nations.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Finally, there is a proposal to change the GDP metrics to reflect everyone’s status & contribution to gross domestic product via distributed metrics. Than we’ll see who benefits from Society and who doesn’t in real time data. We’ll know why our happiness quotient is way down for the Middle Class! We know, our GDP doesn’t reflect our State of Inequality!
