New Orleans parishes aren’t waiting for government intervention, they’re networking with other Parishes to provide services to their communities during storm blackouts. Because they’re off grid, the solar power provides air conditioning and allows the Parish or Community Center to provide essential services to their communities when they need refrigeration and shelter.
Kudos to the foresight of the Pastor of this community, he’s a model for others. Seize the opportunity, go off grid, mitigate Climate Change.
