AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Are these members of the house living in Reality. Give small business tax credits to set up expensive 401k’s for employee & employer savings accounts for retirement. Where will the extra money to save be found? Are they increasing the Minimum Wage to $15/hr Nationally? Are they changing the NLRB making Unionization easier for Labor? Are they enforcing anti trust, encouraging entrepreneurs to become more competitive , giving entrepreneurs a greater piece of the Corporate pie? Give more money to the Lower and Middle Classy and they’ll happily save! I know, at Ford, Pfizer, Banker Trust , I set 6% of my salary aside for saving and it was matched by the Corporation. As a small but owner, I was told not to take on the Responsibility of a pension fund & paid my Labor high salaries, gave them healthcare and paid leave instead. One day I hoped to share my business with them, but the Recession of 2008 blocked those plans. Many employees of entrepreneurs have not recovered financially. For The Families Act is still required and supported by 70% of the People.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Substandard wages for Retail and fast food workers are unacceptable. While major Corporations report record profits and higher costs to consumers, wages lag. Unionize and get a living wage, paid leave and a say in Corporate affairs.

That is why we need an up to date well funded IRS. start asking for a social safety net , the For the Families Act we were promised and everyone not voting yes, don’t re elect them. We want an open recorded vote! Up and down voting on For the Families Act. Resurrecting the middle class. We want a higher tax rate for those making $100 million + No more tax evaders!

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Unionize all airport workers $2-8/hr is not a living wage. Get a Union and get healthcare, vacation pay, benefits and a pension. The Dallas workers , can consult the folks in Amazon Staten Island for advice. Strike , if necessary. Be determined. Unionization is the way out of poverty and monetary insecurity. Do it for yourselves and families.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce The poor , in rural and urban communities, are more likely to get Covid and die. It doesn’t matter , if you’re poor white in West Virginia or poor Black and Brown minorities in Harlem, your chances of sieving Covid are 50% less than that of the General Population. Covid has indiscriminately effected everyone, however, the poor were especially targeted because in most cases they lacked access to healthcare as well. Frontline workers, never got time off? As America approaches 1 million deaths from Covid. We should be reviewing our Social Safety Net and our ability to apply healthcare to everyone and human benefits of time off for sickness. Every life is precious. Make sure , while we send Vaccines, abroad, we have enough for kids and others in our own population. A healthy society, is a productive society.

They got out and helped citizens register in key battleground states where TrumpsGOP threatens to overturn 2020 electoral count. Unions are gaining adherents. Starbucks Reserve in Chelsea, NYC just Unionized. NYC is open to Unions. Our unemployment rate is around 7.9% , twice the National average. Why? There is a need for IT and qualified managers, yet rewards only go to the Top Earners. It’s time to put innovators back to work!

CEO salaries have jumped to $100 millions from $19 million average while the American employee can’t make ends meet. What happened to national childcare , pre school, transportation and universal connectivity? Still needed to help poor and middle Class families. They’re not the drivers of Inflation. There is a direct correlation between Corporate Greed and Inflation. When does America Target the individuals responsible for inflation & stop rewarding the Robber Barons of 2022 , ushering in the 2 nd Gilded Age?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Managers bring value to the Corporation. Through their guidance, teams of workers excel to produce good outcomes for the company and the customer. Why then, have so many companies fired Middle Managers? Why do they discriminate against them, using ageism or gender as a reason for not hiring. Deep Water Horizon was a lack of good management. More recently patients died in UK hospital for lack of good management skills and culture. It’s time to rehire talent for all Corporations, allowing us to be prepared for the Corporate challenges on the horizon.

Jobs centered around Climate Change, renewable energy, food sustainability solutions, supply chains are increasing 8 %. So far the job market has expanded 6%. There’s investment in Clean energy, policy makers , data collection and standards. All these areas are attracting young professionals born after 1980. Climate Change is their #1 priority.
