Pass the $15 min wage, treat people with dignity, pay them real wages , benefits. Ensure everyone entering your establishment is vaccinated or wears a mask. Economic conditions will improve when Both new Stimulus Bills are passed by Congress. Along with increased bargaining power for employees and less outsourcing. Give Americans a chance to work at well paying jobs. Empower them to sit on Corporateovetsite Boards, give them stock options & paid leave. They’ll return to a safe work space once they’re Vaccinated and their kids are provided childcare & pre K and an alleviation of family student debt. Give the Lower & Middle Classes equal opportunity and we’ll outpace inflation. The supply chains will catch up!

These laws have been supplanted by Corporate rewards for employers seeking cheap International labor. Why dither, pass the minimum wage and let’s start thinking about employees welfare. America prosperity was I hampered by high Corporate taxes & high wages after WWll. TheVoiceOfJoyce Companies don’t understand, to be an employee, we need childcare, preK, transportation. The Relief Bill was triage. The Family Bills or The Jobs Act makes going back to work possible. This legislation must be passed now to promote economic security for Everyone. Take away people’s fear of eviction, give the money to the long term unemployed and gig workers, childcare to single mothers and a decent wage and they’ll flock back. Pay with dignity and the Stimulus and Benefits Package are needed now! Don’t delay! There is no Labor shortage! Only poor people without the resources to return to work!
