Haven’t they heard of halfway houses with mental health professionals, schooling and empathetic care. The foster care system, unfortunately is a pathway to teenage abuse. Don’t punish the kids.

TheVoiceOfJoyce At the turn of the 20 th Century people were dying young from Infectious Diseases. Then, we developed Vaccines and eradicated most childhood illnesses. With the culture wars, fear of Vaccines over rode our concern for keeping our families and Communities safe. We rejected science and now only 81% think the Measles Vaccine is important. I was just tested for my immunity to Measles, Mumps and Rubella , since I lacked Rubella immunity, I took the MMR VACCINE and had no side effects. To stop the spread of any disease in your Community, the Community must be at least 95% vaccinated and it helps , if restore our since of community.
