AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Russian advancement stalled around Kyiv as hand to hand street fighting began in the region. Russian forces retreating and Putin escalating bombing attacks and bringing in troops from Syria and Africa. Talks are restored in Turkey. However, unless Putin and Zelenskiy talk, a meaningful cease fire and Peace are doubtful.

A new entry level without the stress. Can it work? It can with “good” management oversight. All work doesn’t have to end in burnout. Set up guidelines.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin says talks on Peace stalled? Why? Because Putin’s idea of Peace is total capitulation. Zelenskiy did not surrender Mariupol as Putin requested. Putin would rather spend 1/2 Trillion Dollars to annihilate the Ukrainian people than have Peace. He waged war, even if the world suffers and they are. Middle East experiencing food price increases and the cost of Bread will spiral upwards.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Perhaps this newest turn of events will give Putin a reason to stop the Carnage in Ukraine? Saudi Arabia is upping its oil supplies & Qatar is selling liquified gas to Germany & the EU. The loss of these lucrative markets will hurt Russia in the long run. Unfortunately, Putin’s War continues and the people of Mariupol are starving. Putin can end this War at anytime, he has no one holding him to account! Yet, he sadistically prefers Genocide to Peace?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Lavrov and Zelenskiy agree on a compromise that is realistic. The wording that safeguards Russia is almost done. Now Zelenskiy intends to work on the language and terms to benefit Ukrainians. Progress has been made in the Peace talks.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce A variety of technologies and cold calling older Russians in an attempt to burst Putin’s misinformation bubble. BBC using short wave radio transmission. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce While I was listening to The Economist’s analysis of Putin’s War in Ukraine. Information came over their news wire, two Generals of the FSB were arrested. That’s interesting, because the head of the FSB is part of Putin’s inner circle. Evidently, scapegoats will fall as Putin’s inner circle sees divisions among each other. It should be noted, the FSB is used for targeted Assassination, poisoning dissidents and enforcing the jailing of Protestors. Putin now has the problem, he feared. Cracks in the inner or Cle that can lead to regime change. Additionally, to help ordinary Russian citizens perhaps Visa & Mastercard should remain along with the West’s Social Media Platforms. The West needs Russians to know the truth about Putin’s War. The Russian peopke are already hearing bad news from the front, some of their kids are not coming home and the ones who have defected, tell a different tale about Putin’s War. They’ve experienced Ukrainian Nationalism and Ukrainian Genocide by Putin.

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin’s War costing more than 35% GDP in 2 nd quarter. The young technically skilled IT professionals are afraid to remain in Russia. They’re being flown out to other countries, leaving Putin with a one product Soviet, (Fossil Fuels) and a brain drain, preventing innovation. Another unintended consequence Putin did not anticipate! A bankrupt economy in money and skills. Perhaps it’s time for Putin to think about an exit strategy from the Ukraine & Russia?

AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Sanity persists in International Energy Agency , speaking with major oil producers, they’re willing to increase production and release of reserves to drive energy prices down. Coal was used heavily last year in the US, UK & China driving Carbon Emissions up 6%. However, if energy consumption remains high and the prices increase, we’ll have a Global recession. This must be averted ,as we take action now ,to increase our use of Sustainable Clean energy. Lower prices for Fossil Fuel are good for Everyone, except Putin.
