AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Too bad 6 Justice’s believe the rights of States supersedes the Rights of an Individual. Overturning precedents that would allow a wrongly convicted person no recourse under the Law is cruel and a crime against Humanity! As we’ve seen Local and State Laws and Justice are fallible. Many have wrongfully been incarcerated and executed for crimes they didn’t commit and now the Supreme Court takes away the innocent person’s right to freedom by silencing with new evidence ? Are we a Constitutional Democracy or a group of loosely held together authoritarian fiefdoms? What has happened to the Rights of the Federal Government? What has happened to the Rights of We the People? The ultra conservative wing of the GOP, does not represent the will of the Majority. Vote for their continuance at your peril.

Meanwhile Abbott profit 400% and gave shareholders a 25% dividend boost. 2 babies died and several were sick. Their death is a result of Corporate negligence and the rot that has infused ourCorporations . Monopolies dominate Corporate America and they are not account able to anyone, certainly , not “We the People “. It’s time to enforce anti trust laws and make Corporations accountable for their actions. Where are huge fines and criminalization of their acts? Restore competition and break up all monopolies! One reason the Two Party System isn’t working!

While casting around for an Independent Center, at least 6 States are codifying Laws to protect women and the physician who treat them. Giving care is a National responsibility. Providing the pill, that most of the World uses, is easy. Then you need only see a care provider after the miscarriage. Unfortunately, 58% of women live in States, with abortion rights being severely curtailed. America Speaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Expelling DACA kids and their families is bad for the US Economy. DACA kids contributed $8Billion to the economy, they’re educated & pay their own way. Why would you expel hard workers from The American melting pot? Why would you target their families who have literally built the American Dream?
