Negotiations are at a stalemate as Putin is denied a clear win. Hand to hand combat is occurring in Donbas. Meanwhile, Zelenskiy needs the Weapons or he’ll have to concede. This is unacceptable, it’s not just weaponsat stake, the Worlds 20 million tonnes of grain are held hostage as well. Only if Russia is in charge, will grain flow.
