Where Russian forces are surrounded, their continuing forced deportation of the population to Russia. The 4 illegally annexed provinces are sending Ukrainians to Russia and may force them to eventually fight their own countrymen? Obviously, Putin will not willingly stop Ukrainian Genocide. AmericaSpeaks TheVoiceOfJoyce Putin’s faltering WAR effort uses Iranian weapons & weapons trafficking in Iraq to secure anti tank missiles & S 300’s. Aiding Iran , at this time, aids Russia. Putin’s Cusshion of $3.4 Trillion is not much when spending $20 Billion a day. Zelensky’s damage to infrastructure is less costly and requires a Marshall Plan structure for rebuilding.
