Where Russian forces are surrounded, their continuing forced deportation of the population to Russia. The 4 illegally annexed provinces are sending Ukrainians to Russia and may force them to eventually fight their own countrymen? Obviously, Putin will not willingly stop Ukrainian Genocide. Is there no muscular diplomatic strategy to be used to bring this War to an end as the Ukrainian counteroffensive continues? Day 239 and the Russians are losing ground, while their cheap Iranian drones cause major damage to infrastructure and have hardened the peoples resolve to fight on!

The names of Iranian drone maker Shahed Aviation Industries and three top Iranian military officials were published in the EU official journal, adding them to the sanctions blacklist.

The chief of staff of Iran’s armed forces, Maj Gen Mohammed Hossein Bagheri, logistics officer Gen Sayed Hojatollah Qureishi and Revolutionary Guards drone commander Brig Gen Saeed Aghajani, were sanctioned.

“After three days of talks, EU ambassadors agreed on measures against entities supplying Iranian drones that hit Ukraine,” the EU’s Czech presidency said on Twitter.

“The EU is also prepared to extend sanctions to four more Iranian entities that already featured in a previous sanctions list.”
